The attention and accommodations in the waiting room were outstanding. With the access of the wifi, I was a le to do homeschooling with my boys while I waited for my car. There was a small snag with not being notified when my part arrived which was on back order. Turned out it was because the initial rep had left the company. Once I made contact again to determine my place part arrived which was on back order. Turned out it was because the initial rep had left the company. I made an appt for 11 and I was there until after 3. The wait time is way too long for an oil change. If my appt is before noon I should be done and out before the whole shop goes to lunch. I should not have to wait while the workers go to lunch. My time is valuable too and sitting in a waiting room for over 4 hours is ridiculous. People that came in after me was done and gone while I still sat there. More
