This rating is only for the service department. I had a horrible time when my vehicle was in the service department for almost a month. Took over a week to have vehicle diagnostic done. Recommended complete motor replacement. Picked van up and drove home, approximately 26 miles. Took van next day and had motor flushed at oil and lub Recommended complete motor replacement. Picked van up and drove home, approximately 26 miles. Took van next day and had motor flushed at oil and lube business. Oil was changed, full synthetic. Have driven van now for over 600 miles and haven't experienced any break downs. Two estimates that were given were almost $14,000 and short of $20,000. Wasn't going to place more in repairs than worth of vehicle. Vehicle has required several repairs and recalls over past five years. This vehicle had to have all injectors replaced, at a Rusty Wallace KIA service center, and vehicle experienced issues from that point forward. More
