I was just bragging about your service department today to someone who was admiring my Kia Soul. Your service staff is top notch from the time I pull up to the time I drive off. I never have to wait. They to someone who was admiring my Kia Soul. Your service staff is top notch from the time I pull up to the time I drive off. I never have to wait. They come right to my car as soon as I drive up. I’m always greeted with a smile. While waiting I get to enjoy complementary snacks and beverages. They keep me updated as I wait. When work is finished, they wash my car and then go over all the work with me. They give me recommendations of future work needed as well. Then I’m walked to my car and bid farewell until next time. I actually love coming in for service! More

I went to Rusty Wallace Kia in Alcoa Tn needing some scratches ob my Kia Sorento took care of and I have to say Im very Impressed by the work they did !
