One person told me one price but when I checked out I was given another price by someone else. Had to explain why I should have been changed 1st price given. Well I took my car in for oil change and tire rotation and they came and asked me if I wanted a wash and I said sure but when they pulled it around and we had been there 2 hours already and it hadn't been and they came and asked me if I wanted a wash and I said sure but when they pulled it around and we had been there 2 hours already and it hadn't been washed and has never been washed when I have brought my car out there I am handicapped and have to have a driver so it's not real convenient for me to make it out there More

Bought car Dec. 2021. Put just over 1000 miles on it and was told by service dept I needed new tires. Was told at time of sale that there was a problem with gas cap 2021. Put just over 1000 miles on it and was told by service dept I needed new tires. Was told at time of sale that there was a problem with gas cap and the problem was fixed with new cap. Problem was not fixed. Had two problems with the car ( new stove belt and fixing the gas cap leak neither covered by warranty I paid over $2000 for. Had to wait 12 for apt because I needed a loaner car. New tires and fixing gas cap problem took over a week to fix. Very poor sales and service. The main reason I bought 3 cars from Rusty Wallace Kia was there honestly and after sales service. What happened? More
