When I booked my appointment for new tires and and oil change, I was told it would take about an hour. After three hours, I went to check every 15 minutes and I would soon be late for work. After four h change, I was told it would take about an hour. After three hours, I went to check every 15 minutes and I would soon be late for work. After four hours, my car was finally ready and I was ultimately late for work. The service department tried to sell me on a new steering rack. My husband checked the car when I arrived home and discovered that the driver's side tire rod was busted. There was nothing wrong with the steering rack. Waiting for hours for new tires and an oil change is unacceptable. I also have zero trust or faith in the mechanics after they tried to sell me very expensive parts I don't need. I was also charged full price for the oil change. More
