My appt was for a Monday at 10am for diagnosis. When I get there I'm told it might not be until later in the afternoon or the next morning before they can look at it. (What's the point of an appt? I leave my car there, luckily I had my son follow me because we live over an hour away. I get a call Tuesday evening telling me what the problem is and give them permission to fix it. I'm told it could possibly be that night before closing when it is done. Well, it wasn't ready for pick up until Wednesday morning. Yes the problem is fixed with my vehicle but seriously, why schedule an appt if it clearly doesn't mean anything to the company. I will not be returning to this service center. More
