I went to the service center concerning an issue I had with my car radio not displaying when the interior of my car got hot. I was told that it wasn’t covered under warranty. I knew this information was i with my car radio not displaying when the interior of my car got hot. I was told that it wasn’t covered under warranty. I knew this information was incorrect, and called the warranty company myself to find out that it WAS covered under warranty. I’ve called Rusty Wallace Kia 5 times regarding them fixing this issue, and have yet to receive a call back. They keep taking my name/number and telling me they have to talk to an advisor and get back with me. More

Pros: everyone there was friendly. Cons: I was there for 2+ hours for an oil change & maintenance check. When I scheduled it, I was told it was time for a $200+ checkup.
