A missing radiator cap caused me to wait for a tow truck on the highway for 4 hours. Had them put the radiator cap back on the next morning and a couple hours later realized the alignment was completely mes on the highway for 4 hours. Additionally, they never fixed an issue we explained to them when dropping our car off. It’s clear they don’t test anything on the car or pay attention to any detail. More
