I was not a typical buyer who just walks in, lays down the cash and drives away with a car. The amount of professionalism, friendliness, and hospitality you get at Rusty Wallace KIA Alcoa is unmatched to any dealership I've dealt with previously. Both Court and B.J. were in contact by phone and text and did my application over the phone so I never had to come in and do any of that paperwork. They took a lot of the stress off of me and took it on for me. Also, turns out my brother and sister in law purchased their KIAs from B.J. and Court as well. I will send everyone I know to this dealership. I not for 1 second felt like I was being swindled or made to feel uncomfortable. Thank you again Court and B.J. I love my new Rio! More

I was on vacation when my car broke down in Tennessee and I called rusty Wallace and they got my car in right away and had it looked at as fast as they could turned out I needed a motor and so they got me a I called rusty Wallace and they got my car in right away and had it looked at as fast as they could turned out I needed a motor and so they got me a rental so I could take my mom and kids home and had it fixed in a week!
