The people and facility are great and tried hard to accommodate me. But.....my car is now "using oil" after and oil change there in January. It never used/burned oil before. Not even once. And when I b accommodate me. But.....my car is now "using oil" after and oil change there in January. It never used/burned oil before. Not even once. And when I brought it in for an oil change (my 1st time there) it wasn't low. The service manager did a free diagnostic to try to make me happy....but I don't know how much authority she has on these kinds of issues. It was told to me by an employee that it happens sometimes on these cars when they get to high miles.....mine is a 2015 with 90,000 miles. But if you know it's an ongoing issue...would it not be addressed in manufacturing and would it not be covered in a recall? More

They are punctual when it comes to there appointments. But a bit concerned requested car washed not done at all which makes me think what else didn't they do that the car was actually at dealership for. I was told warranty wasn’t good. I was lied to. I was told that they had topped off my oil when in fact they didn’t. I checked it and it was bone dry which is why they had my car for I was lied to.
