Helpful and knowledgeable about options I could consider, lease, buy new vehicle or buy my leased vehicle. Since I decided on buying my leased car with hopes of giving it to my granddaughter in a couple of lease, buy new vehicle or buy my leased vehicle. Bill was great from the start. Wasn't pushy, listened and explained the vehicle shortage. Was pretty accurate on when the car would be in. The closing went smoothly.
