The service has been standard. The only issue I have is the sales people not communicating or using their notes to better engage the customers. Example sales team sees I'm br The only issue I have is the sales people not communicating or using their notes to better engage the customers. Example sales team sees I'm bringing in my car for service they want to do free trade in estimated. Called 4 times before my appointment. I answer the morning of around 10am and explain why I'm not taking on another payment right now (which I don't have to explain but being transparent) to then just be getting in my car after the service, leaving the lot with another sales Associate calling to do a an estimate. Why are they not taking notes or communicating to remove me off the list at this time? This time of over engagement makes me not want to go upstairs to look. I'm I'm sales and understand meeting goals etc. The right engagement is the key here. Communication is the opportunity More
