I only used the service department. Oil change seemed good and fast, but the skid plate wasn't properly refitted. I had to bring it back when I realized it. They worked to put it back but it was 3 years old and slightly damaged, so I had them replace it at my cost. Grateful they had it in stock and did the work immediately. I do quality auditing professionallly (not automotive) but they get all green checkmarks in my book. More

I've had problems with getting a loner vehicle Is a concern Because I've been told when making an appointment that I had a loner car at the time and when I bring my vehicle in for service only to b concern Because I've been told when making an appointment that I had a loner car at the time and when I bring my vehicle in for service only to be denied when I arrive it has happened several times in a roll. The last excuse was when I ask for my loner car I was told there want be loner car for 2 months when I brought my car in to the service department. More
