Very poor service. No spark plugs and car wash scratched my hood. Disappointing all around. I made appointment for this service 2 weeks in advance for an oil change and No spark plugs and car wash scratched my hood. Disappointing all around. I made appointment for this service 2 weeks in advance for an oil change and a spark plug replacement at the 42000 mile maintenance requirement. Get called an easy hour after dropping it off and told there were no spark plugs anywhere in town which was the whole reason I booked the appointment. The service advisor told me I could have paid for the spark plugs at the time I placed the appointment and they would have been saved and I told her that had someone let me know that at the time I made the appointment I would have gladly done that but no one did!! Nothing like kind of blaming the customer for not doing what they did not know to do. It took another hour and a half to get just an oil change and a car wash. I should have checked it out the vehicle once it was delivered to me as I would have found a very noticeable minor scratch on my hood that was not there when I arrived. There were a few other scratches and I feel certain they will buff out but I watched someone cloth dry my vehicle and they did not point out the obvious hood scratch. I almost drove back to show it to her but if they didn't care enough to point it out to me while I was there I felt certain it was not going to be fixed while I was there. Overall just a bad experience and I don't believe I will be coming back to your service department again even though you are the closest to me. More
