The service rep didn't listen well to me. Told me, oil was full and he didn't know why I thought there was a possible leak. I'd told him that I'd put 3 quarts in before driving there. Also, he said it had was full and he didn't know why I thought there was a possible leak. I'd told him that I'd put 3 quarts in before driving there. Also, he said it had been 10 months since my last oil change and that could be why was low. No, it's been 10 months since this dealership did my oil change, but walmart did 4 months prior. And there was a sticker on my windshield showing that. My only complaint is about this service rep. He dismissed what I told him, argued with me about what I told him, and seemed patronizing to me. Great mechanical service. I've never had a bad experience with a rep here before. More

I had my car in for it’s 100k check up along with an oil change. It was all done in 50 minutes. Quickest I have ever been in and out. Still enjoy the free snacks and drinks while waiting.
