I have been using this service department for 6 or 7 years now and have never been treated the way I was treated on Monday ever before. The "employee " who was so rude to me is Alexander Ferre/542. He dismissed my car issue when I tried to explain to him like I was lying to him. He was very rude, he actually made a face at me when I asked him to check my light issue. Because of this employee Alexander Ferre/542 I will find another kia dealer to service my car from now on. Also, when I'm ready for a new car I will not buy it from rusty Wallace kia. I had to wait 2.5 hours only to leave with the same problem I made the appointment for and my home is far away from your dealership. I was polite & patient and gave him no reason to treat me so badly. I believe he tried to lie to me about my lights, when I asked him to check lights and problem again I knew then he ignored me when I explained my cars problem. That's when he made the face at me and began to ignore me after keeping me waiting for 2.5 hours...I finally had to approach a different employee for help which I got help then. It was such a horrible experience i feel like I can't even properly explain it in this comment box. More
