Service is great! I took my car to be checked I had lack of power and engine light was on. They immediately told me what the problem was and that it would take 3 days to be fixed. I was given a loaner car s of power and engine light was on. They immediately told me what the problem was and that it would take 3 days to be fixed. We are from Ohio and we’re vacationing in the Smoky mountains. Our 2020 Telluride stalled and would not restart. We had our car towed into your dealership. Why 3 stars? When our car arrived we were to mountains. Our 2020 Telluride stalled and would not restart. We had our car towed into your dealership. Why 3 stars? When our car arrived we were told would take 24-48 hours to be looked at. We explained we were due back to Ohio the following day. (My husband and I for work and our kids for school). Also there were no car rentals, and no available loaner from your dealership. We were able to rent from a tourist rental that does Jeeps. So could get around locally. We called the following afternoon and talked to Jenna and explained our situation. I believe if we did not talk to her, our car would not have been looked at period that day. She did her best to get our car looked at and diagnosed with dead battery and alternator. The car was fixed after 4 days of it breaking down. We had finally found a way to Ohio the day before (it’s expensive to stay and eat in Gatlinburg when you should be working!). My husband flew down that day and was able to pick the car up as you were closing. Alex offered to come back to the dealership so we could get our car if it was after hours. So again, why 3 stars? Service started out poor and we were stranded without anyone seeming to care or consider it a priority. This was especially concerning as this was a 2020 telluride under warranty. Not an owner mistreating their vehicle or an older car wearing out. However, Jenna did a great job of turning things around and we really appreciated Alex offering to come back in if needed so we could get our car. That turned the 1 star rating to a 3. Please thank them for their help. More
