Excellent service from Dylan. I didn't not want to trade in my 2020 Forte GT. I love my car, only had it 15 months. But Dylan showed me the 2021 Forte great looking car with more options than I had in my l in my 2020 Forte GT. I love my car, only had it 15 months. But Dylan showed me the 2021 Forte great looking car with more options than I had in my last Forte GT. He made me a deal I couldn't refuse. Only 23 dollars more than my old car payment with GAP, and 3 % interest. How could I say NO More

I would recommend the dealership, just not the salesman that I had. Yes he sold a car, but other than that, probably the worst salesman I have dealt with. Did not even stick around until we got all of the that I had. Yes he sold a car, but other than that, probably the worst salesman I have dealt with. Did not even stick around until we got all of the paperwork done, did not shake my hand or wish me well with the car. Never received a follow up phone call at all. The finance people were nice and got the job done. Customer service overall is not there...they could care less once you've signed the paperwork. I have not received one phone call from this dealership since I purchased my new car there. Not one person has contacted me in regards to some of the paint protection and such that I purchased. I am now having to get in touch with them. I am very disappointed in the overall experience that I have received. More
