Customer service is always top notch at Rusty Wallace Kia Alcoa. Highly disappointed in the service I received when I took my car in for the ECP (ENTIRE CAR PROTECTION) application. Which I paid EXTRA for. I brought in my brand new 2022 Kia Telluride and left with multipl my car in for the ECP (ENTIRE CAR PROTECTION) application. Which I paid EXTRA for. I brought in my brand new 2022 Kia Telluride and left with multiple scratches on my car. They were unable to fix the scratches so we are now having to outsource to someone else to fix the mistakes that were made by the Kia technician. Will not recommend this service to anyone. More
