All staff I talked with were very polite and helpful. I WAS happy to find the road from Knoxville to Alcoa was open and the trip was short. I had changed to another location for service. The sales department kept me entertained trying to get me to trade my car. Love my car. But they too were very nice gentleman and since I hadn't even thought about a new car understood why I wanted to wait. I will probably be ready for 2022 Soul Turbo, black or white with a little red striping by November or as soon as I find the right one. More
