I told them when I called and made my appointment DO NOT wash my car. When my husband brought the car out there to get it serviced he told them DO NOT wash the car. What did they do they washed at my car. T wash my car. When my husband brought the car out there to get it serviced he told them DO NOT wash the car. What did they do they washed at my car. They scratched it all to pieces. Because the people that clean the cars out there do not know what they are doing. This is not the first time I have had a crappy car wash from there.They did this one other time on my Sorento. I bought a brand new Kia soul that night they took it back four times to wash it and get the sticky off of it never got it off. Both of these time I had to go home and wash my car myself. YOUR clean up department SUCKS. They need to get someone in there that knows what there doing. More
