My wife and I both feel that this was the best buying experience we could ask for and we have purchased many cars over the years. Salesman Greg Taylor, sales manager Brandon Chaffins and finance director experience we could ask for and we have purchased many cars over the years. Salesman Greg Taylor, sales manager Brandon Chaffins and finance director Clay Magee were all outstanding. We ended up buying a new Telluride and also a new Soul for our daughter as well due to their great customer service. Will highly recommend Rusty Wallace Kia, Greg, and Brandon to everyone we know for sure. We won't ever buy a Kia anywhere else. Overall a wonderful experience for us both and these three gentlemen made it awsome. More

I went there with a problem they looked at the car said it was a covered repair and made me an appointment for about 2 weeks out said that was as soon as they could fix it when I returned for my appointmen it was a covered repair and made me an appointment for about 2 weeks out said that was as soon as they could fix it when I returned for my appointment and got back home after dropping it off they called and said they had to ordered parts so I had to leave work a go pick up my car they did nothing not even replace the broken head light was a wasted day for me and my wife who had to take me each time More
