My oil change appointment was for 1:45, arrived before time. At 3:45I was finally notified my car was ready, however a repair for $1,550 was suggested and there was a loner available. I declined as I ha time. At 3:45I was finally notified my car was ready, however a repair for $1,550 was suggested and there was a loner available. I declined as I had 5:00 meeting in Townsend to get to. My biggest gripe is that I sat there for 2 HOURS with no communication--at least a simple "running behind due to an unexpected emergency repair" would have been helpful and courteous. More
