Brought my wife’s 2012 Soul in to have an updated program download to her UVO radio system. They called and said that KIA website was down and they could not get the download. On my repair order it said they download to her UVO radio system. They called and said that KIA website was down and they could not get the download. On my repair order it said they would start with the amp and then to the radio, over 1400. I own an automotive shop in Knoxville Which has been in business for 24 years. I am a master tech. All I wanted was a download. I got a 60.00 bill for nothing. Thanks! More
