This is my second time of using the service department at Rusty Wallace. I was pleasantly surprised with how efficient the process was. The only complaint I really have is the amount Kia wanted to charge me Rusty Wallace. I was pleasantly surprised with how efficient the process was. The only complaint I really have is the amount Kia wanted to charge me for a battery. That doesn’t really have anything to do with the actual service department seeing as they don’t set any of the pricing? But I was shocked at the mark up amount for the battery option given to me from Kia. Everything else was just wonderful. Alex was friendly and knowledgeable and had everything set up exactly as he said it would be. Work was done quickly and my car finished within the time frame I was given. More
