Unresolved I had my car towed in due to loss of power steering. It showed in the history also! They couldn’t get it to reproduce the problem so they were “not al I had my car towed in due to loss of power steering. It showed in the history also! Ridiculous as I explained I am a single mom with a special needs daughter and we have to make several trips to Vanderbilt in Nashville for dr appts...all I need is for her and me to be out there by ourselves and this happen again...Ridiculous!! A tech drove it over 100miles to see if it happen again, if so what was he gonna do? Fix it on the side of the road? It was already in the history! I was told to bring the loaner back with a full tank of gas...however was given my vehicle back on empty!!! More

Excellent service I called and was told there would be a 1 to 2 hour wait. I dropped the car off went home and had barely walked in the door when they called to let me I called and was told there would be a 1 to 2 hour wait.
