Not very timely I had a 11:15 appointment they didn’t my car in for over an hour then didn’t get to leave till 1:30. Yes I know they have loaner vehicles but when I h I had a 11:15 appointment they didn’t my car in for over an hour then didn’t get to leave till 1:30. Yes I know they have loaner vehicles but when I have an appointment I don’t see how it takes over 2 hours for a oil change. Then I was told they washed it. They sprayed it off with water. Also went in to look at a newer van. So I could upgrade. When I first came to rusty Wallace they would let me leave without making a sale. Oil change I thought he was a little argent. Because I question him on the tire pressure he said it was due to cold weather. But I read tires will lose 1 pound p I thought he was a little argent. My tire dropped 14 pounds he said that I would have to deal with it. That don’t seem right to me. More
