Mad customer! I had my car there five times this year. It's a 2017 it should not have to be worked on this many times. This time they could not fix or find anything I had my car there five times this year. It's a 2017 it should not have to be worked on this many times. This time they could not fix or find anything wrong with it. They drove it for a hundred miles and never replaced any of the gas when I picked it up yesterday. we as a customer driving a loaner car have to have the gas level back to where we received the car at the gas level. When I asked about my gas not being refilled desales man got rude and hateful with me. and said it would take a long time to find somebody to go and get me gas for my car because they didn't have people right then to go put gas in my car. but my car was ready for 3 days before I picked it up so the gas should have been refilled beforehand. He said I needed to wait I told him I had to go to work that I could not wait. So I think it was poor customer service on his part being rude and nasty with me. Also not finding anything and having my car for two weeks and nobody called I had to keep calling them to find out what was going on with my car. Then get in my car and did not have no gas. I am very frustrated with the Kia place. It seems like I got a lemon of a car with all the problems that the car has had so far. I only have 37,000 miles on my car. It's just very frustrating and ridiculous That I have to take my car out there every couple months because the check engine light is on or something is wrong with the car there should be nothing wrong with a brand new car I bought it brand new 2017 22 miles off lot I'm the only person that has owned the car. Jenna was very nice and helpful every time I called that's who I worked with I have no complaints with her whatsoever she was very respectable towards me everytime I called. But the man that check me out yesterday Corey he was very nice and knew and didn't know what to do about the gas. I do not know the name of the other gentleman that was rude and nasty towards me. And acted like I was a problem when the problem was that there should have been gas put back in my car. Also no problem was found. More

Appointment must not mean anything I had a service appointment for oil change, tire rotation service. The appointment must of not any any weight in the way serice was done. 2 and 1/2 I had a service appointment for oil change, tire rotation service. Great people, slow service People at the desk were great but the service time was really slow. Arrived at 9:40 for a 10:00 appointment. Was a simple oil change. Engine recall I was driving about 2 hours from my home when my engine light came on and my Sorrento completely shut down. I was towed to Rusty Wallace Kia on Alcoa I was driving about 2 hours from my home when my engine light came on and my Sorrento completely shut down. I was towed to Rusty Wallace Kia on Alcoa hwy. The service department was so kind and helpful, especially Duane Gibbs. Duane called a rental for me so that I could continue to make it to a conference where I had been heading. My engine was on the recall list and my engine was replaced in 2 weeks. Kia was kind enough to pay for my car rental. When I returned to pick up my car, I made it 3 exits from the dealership when my car started smoking and getting hot. Duane had me return and a hose had popped. They were so nice in the few hours I spent there before I could return home. The waiting area was so nice with snacks and drinks available. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this service department. More
Warranty work My car had to be towed in... staff was friendly, but it took close to an hour to find out they'd need to keep it and get me a loaner. Brought me a brand new vehicle to use...with less than a gallon of gas in the tank. No dealer plate. Waited for plate and for window stickers to be removed. Service guy followed me to gas station...filled the tank...and loaner wouldn't start back up due to a dead battery. Then had to wait for yet another service person to arrive for a jump. I didn't get back to work for about 3 hours. This was a Monday...on Thursday I still hadn't heard anything and called for an update. Got my car back Friday afternoon. Again, staff was pleasant, but discovered they hadn't done the standard vehicle inspection. Luckily everything, including the tow, was covered by warranty. Car is running great now...just wish the Loaner process would have been smoother. More
