Rusty Wallace KIA - a very painless experience The service department representative that I dealt with, Corey, changed a chore that I was dreading into a very painless experience. Due to an upcomin The service department representative that I dealt with, Corey, changed a chore that I was dreading into a very painless experience. Due to an upcoming trip and mileage close to my warranty limit, I needed to have the steering problem my car was having dealt with immediately. Upon arriving at the Service Dept, Corey quickly greeted me and, after checking to see if the needed part was in stock, assured me that my car would be take care of within an hour or so. He frequently checked on me while I was waiting to make sure I was comfortable while I waited. And, as promised, my car was repaired and washed, at no charge since it was a recalled part, in less than 2 hours from my arrival. More
