Bad all around We had an appointment to get an oil change and a car wash. We showed up 15 minutes early for the service and were told that it would take an hour and We had an appointment to get an oil change and a car wash. We showed up 15 minutes early for the service and were told that it would take an hour and a half. An oil change should not take an hour and a half. We ended up waiting 2 and. Half hours for the service. Secondly the guy at the counter filled out the survey for us and did not go over the survey. He just stapled it to the paperwork and did not give us a chance to rate the service. This is unsatisfactory in my opinion. What is the point of having a survey if the employee fills it out for you and you don’t even know about it. More importantly, what is the point of having an appointment when you have to wait two and a half hours to get the service done. This seems to be the norm rather than the exception. If this does not improve, I will take my business elsewhere. More
