Not as timely as previous visits Love Rusty Wallace Kia and will continue to take my car there for service but was disappointed in the wait time this time. We’ve never had to wait thi Love Rusty Wallace Kia and will continue to take my car there for service but was disappointed in the wait time this time. We’ve never had to wait this long for an oil change. We did also have a new battery put in this time but that shouldn't take an additional hr. My battery died so we boosted it off in order to get to Kia. I was low on gas but couldn’t stop for gas for fear it wouldn’t start again. When we turned off the car at Kia they had to boost it to move the car. They let it run the entire time while it was waiting in line which was well over an hour. We told them we were almost out of gas. They said they were watching it. When we finally left from there it was extremely low and I was terrified I’d run out before getting to a station which took forever bc of Alcoa traffic. I felt they didn’t worry about me get to a station only that they were able to finish the job before it ran out. First time of being disappointed. More
