Helpful, Honest, Courteous & very friendly! 1st time bringing my beloved Mini (Apollo) to be serviced and the person who helped me(I forgot his name Lolll and it’s late so all the wheels aren’t 1st time bringing my beloved Mini (Apollo) to be serviced and the person who helped me(I forgot his name Lolll and it’s late so all the wheels aren’t turning in my brain right now) was VERY COOL!!! He made conversation, was funny, gave me advice and information on stuff I had no idea about, how to maintain the life of my car & ensured me that if any extra work had to be done they would give me call 1st before doing anything! This way I’m not shocked when it’s time to pay the bill(because LORD KNOWS I’m already poor!!!!). Definitely keep him around! He brings laughter And ease to a somber environment! Another repair! I bought a 2017 Sorento on August 3rd. Within 3 days the air conditioning quit working. 2weeks later I got my “new” used vehicle back. A week after I bought a 2017 Sorento on August 3rd. Within 3 days the air conditioning quit working. 2weeks later I got my “new” used vehicle back. A week after the air conditioning was leaking water into the passenger side. It was an easy fix but needless to say I am not super pleased with the car. I have made 1 payment and have had it in the shop twice. Duane was very nice. More
