Not quite up to usual I believe I was over charged and the service manager paid no attention to me. In the past I was told I did not need coupons because of my valued loyal I believe I was over charged and the service manager paid no attention to me. Quality Service Brought vehicle in for a starter out. Happened to be 4th starter put in vehicle. Service dept provided a loaner vehicle. First experience I just took my Stinger in for service for the first time. Everyone was very nice and efficient! Worst service center hands down!!!! Horrible experience! They didn't rotate my wife's tires like I asked them too nor balance them as asked and then tell her that she needs new tires, wh Horrible experience! Then the service manager has the audacity to tell me I don't respect the opinion of his technicians and that I gave him the wrong phone number to reach me at which I replied I think I know my phone number and he then replied well I wouldn't write it down wrong. Fast forward to the day after when we are looking at our paperwork from previous times. Tire depth says 5 at 21k and then the next at 26k says 7 for depth on tires. So somehow my wife's tires gained tread? Then the next service at 30k says they have went down to 5 again. Need I say more. We are told that the appt she made at 9 will take an hour and a half. She got a rental while the service was being done because that was part of our package and then she never hears back. I call after 2 hours at this point to get told by the service manager Kevin that her car hasn't been serviced bc she wasn't sitting there waiting, that people who take rentals and leave get pushed behind those that are leaving. I told him that's not how appts work. He then tells me that it's like a doctor's appt, that you hope to get seen at that time. I said, no you make an appt to get seen at that time or pretty darn close. I get told to have my wife come back around 12pm, which is another hour and some change after. This is now at 3 hours, not an hour and a half for an oil change, and tire rotation/balance, when the tire work wasn't even done. My wife gets a call and is told your car is being pulled around now. Come back and pick it up. She gets there and her car is still on the lift, with the hood raised and being worked on. I have had issues with this dealerships service department since we bought the car, but yesterday was by far the worst of them all. Overall I don't give this dealership a 1 on the 1 to 5 scale. The main manager of the dealership called to apologise and offered me a free oil change if I decided to come back. I'm sorry but one $50 oil change isn't going to make a customer come back after the service of your service department. The service department manager Kevin definitely needs to work on his customer service skills and put vehicles through based on their appointments, not bc someone is there waiting. I don't make appointments to hope to be seen 2 hours after the fact! More
