We had trouble deciding on the trim level and color we wanted and were also considering other vehicles. Dylan explained everything clearly and honored the internet price which included several discounts as well as getting us a military discount and a good value for our trade-in. He did not pressure us, but was informative and showed he cared about our making the purchase that fit us best. He was patient with us as we needed time(several days) to make our decision and check our options and he was always there to answer questions and even send photos when we couldn't remember everything we had seen. One of our least favorite things to do in life is to decide on and buy a new car, but Dylan and Alcoa Kia made that much easier for us and we are very pleased with our purchase. More

Great! Duane immediately met me at my car after I pulled in and showed me to the lobby where there were complimentary drinks and WiFi.
