He was professional, friendly without going overboard, particulate in his answers, and knowledgeable about his products. The second person was patient and willing to take whatever time was necessary to make sure we got the vehicle we wanted. The finance manager simply knew his stuff when we got to the "paper signing stage". Complete and comprehensive explanations for all the paper work but not pushy trying to beef up the warranty options. More
Best kia experience in town. It was really busy when we came in, and so we didn't get to work with BJ as expected. However, we worked with Greg instead. He was wonderful. He wasn't pushy, or try to act like he knew everything in the world. Anything he didn't know he went and found out. I don't know his name, but the finance guy came to us to explain any questions, instead of using Greg as an intermediary. This saved a lot of time and frustration. It took a while to get to the financing guy but Greg stayed with us and talked with us about the new car while we waited. The finance guy gave us the options we could add extra, and did try to sell us on it. But did not push once I said no and why. He quickly got through all of the paperwork and chatted the whole time. After that, Greg had the car ready and went over everything with me that I still had questions about. He told me that I can call or txt him anytime if I have any questions or concerns over the next couple weeks. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I have gone to Parkside kia a few times simply because they are closer to me, but every time I have tried I have become so angry and irritated that is couldn't stand myself. The Alcoa kia has never done that. I have been several times, and not bought a car, and they have always been nice, and not been too pushy. They have been honest for when they couldn't do a deal and we're more than happy to answer my questions even if they knew that I was just browsing. More

My only complaint would be that I had an appointment for 9:30 for an oil change and I was quoted a time of 1 1/2 hours. This seems to be a bit excessive for a customer that has an appointment. Other than that I drive to this location from Knoxville because they are so friendly and helpful! More

The first time I went there I waited 4 hours for my vehicle to be serviced only to be told it wasn’t covered This is the worst shop I’ve ever been to. The first time I went there I waited 4 hours for my vehicle to be serviced only to be told it wasn’t covered by my warranty so my vehicle didn’t get fixed that day. The second time I went I waited 20 min before I was even checked in and one of the guys had an attitude with me from the beginning then I wait 2 hours for my air bag to be fixed only to be told they didn’t have the part needed to fix it! I live over an hour away and made that appointment in advance that part should have been ordered before I got there or at the very least they could’ve told me they didn’t have the part BEFORE I waited 2 HOURS. Needless to say I will never go back there! More
