Bad. Very bad I made appointment to get my oil changed and my tires rotated. And my 3rd recall on this 2015 Kia Soal looked at. They did not rotate my tires. She sa I made appointment to get my oil changed and my tires rotated. And my 3rd recall on this 2015 Kia Soal looked at. They did not rotate my tires. She said that the service department did not have the tools to take off my locks. They could only break them off for a price of 115.00. Now.. I did ask while they have the locks off to rotate my tires. Would they just put the regular nuts back on. Which I had gotten a set with my car. Not much to ask since tbey are off anyway. They were very busy and was not going to make it out by 5 o'clock so I was rushed out with sorry service. I don't feel that I am driving a safe vehicle at this time. Sad that I come there over a recall that sit for 3 hours and my car still needs a tir rotation. As always when I get my oil changed I rotate my tires. Now I have to find somebody to do this for me because your service department don't have the tools. That is what gets me. You don't have the tools. I bought my car at this dealership. I did like my Kia. After 3 recalls and my time driving there. I didn't fell like I was asking to much about the locks. But still they didn't have the tool to rotate my tires. Honest, dependable, fast I had a terrible experience with two seperate out of state KIA dealerships when we broke down. Could not get either delaership to give me a diagnoses. My car had engine failure which was covered under warranty. Kia warranty should have gotten me a rental Soni could have gotten back to my home state while my vehicle was being repaired. I had to buy another vehicle in order to get home. No rental establishments allowed one way travel. I come home and had to rent a truck and trailer to go get my car and haul it home. I bought it back home to Rusty Wallace Kia of Alcoa and they diagnosed it immediately and put me in a rental car. Kia is working with me to reimburse me for the money spent getting the car home. What the out of state delaerships did to ruin my opinion of Kia, Rusty Wallace Kia of Alcoa made right. Because of Rusty Wallace Kia of Alcoa did I will always use Kia but only out their delaership. I especially appreciate Jenna Mayes and her professionalism as well as personable attitude. She was prompt and called when she said she would. More

Would not purchase from this dealership again. Dealer sold $40K car with an almost empty tank of gas and would not fill up with gas. Car only had one key FOB so they ordered another after i had to call and ask for it then told me to come have it programmed to the car so I said I would come the next day after work. When I showed up they said they couldn’t do it because there wasn’t enough time that I would have to schedule another appointment and drive all the way there again. They didn’t offer to keep It overnight to save me a trip and give me a loaner Or anything. When asked about any purchase incentives like just a free oil change or anything at all they refused as well as even a half of a tank of gas. I am 79 yrs old that is the least they could’ve done and they knew I was just in a bad car wreck that totaled my car was the reason I was buying the car. The customer service was the worst I have ever dealt with buying a new car and I wish I would’ve spent my $40K somewhere else. Absolutely non caring or compassionate. My family has purchased other vehicles from different Rusty Wallace dealerships and had wonderful experiences. I definitely would not recommend this one though mainly based on the customer service and it seems they definitely only care about the sale $. More
