Frustrated Very busy when I first arrived. I was about 4th or 5th in line to get into the service center bay. No where to sit in waiting area. I arrived at 1100 Very busy when I first arrived. I was about 4th or 5th in line to get into the service center bay. No where to sit in waiting area. I arrived at 1100am which was when my appt was. I was told that it shouldnt take long and they would get my car as quickly as possible. My vehicle was completed at approximately 12:10 pm and pulled out waiting in the line for me to pay and get going. No one came to get me. One employee even moved my car and parked it so others could leave. People who came in after me for the same service left before me. I finally got up and was going to see if someone could take payment so that I could leave at 12:35pm. I mentioned to the guy I was assigned who I believe was M.Fisher that I had been waiting forever and he said that he was sorry it had been ready for about 15 min and it got busy and someone moved my vehicle blah, blah, blah. I had timed it when I first saw my car it was 25 min before I got up and went to get someone. It was 30 min wait time after my car was completed before I actually got to leave. I watched my assigned person speak with other customers etc. My point is DONT LIE TO ME and get me out of there quickly. No one wants to wait for an oil change for 1 hour and 40 min. Ridiculous!!!!! More

Outstanding My wife and I stopped in to test drive the 2019 Forte. We were very impressed and by the time we left we had a brand new vehicle. Frustrating It is very frustrating when you bring your car in to have problems repaired and they can’t recreate the problem so nothing they can do. Let me say this is my 6th brand new Kia I have owned so how the service department goes isn’t a new thing for us. We know that if it is an odd problem take pictures and videos so they can submit it to warranty. When I dropped my car off the rep was very hesitant for me to send them to him. Then he calls to let me know it seems to be working fine. Ok what about my pictures and videos that I emailed, did you submit them to the warranty department....silence! I proceeded to explain that I knew that was how it worked and he says ok and that was the end of the conversation. Get to the service department to pick up my car and another rep helped me and said he submitted them for me and should let me know soon what they say. Come on try to do all you can for your customer, especially when they are a loyal customer! More
2 hours for an oil change I had a 130pm appointment for an oil change only, no other service and it took 2 hours. I understand it was a Saturday and more people are scheduled, but have more techs scheduled on busy days. I'm considering going to a 30 minute oil change place instead of the dealership. At least my entire Saturday afternoon is not spent in a crowded waiting room. Oh yeah, I was offered a car wash but it was raining outside so I said no. More
