All Duane said was “come back later.” I was not keen on that as the shop is not exactly convenient to just pop into to see if I can or can or can not be taken care of then. Chris caught on to the situation and took it from there. Scheduled an appointment and took care of me on the day I returned to get the work done. Kept me appraised of the status during the work and checked with me before they moved personal belongings inside the car. More
