Not up to expectations My visit this time was not what I expect to receive. Getting the service department to answer or return a call was very disappointing. I understand there are busy times that prevent an immediate answer but a return call when your car is being serviced should always be a priority. Also a cover piece on the inside of my hatch was left off last year when I had it worked on and I told them when I made the appointment and when I arrived for my appointment. I also asked when I was paying and fixing to get my car back if the piece had been replaced. I was told yes so therefore I didn’t check until I got home in Athens and found it still hadn’t been replaced. At this point I want the piece mailed to me because I live 45 minutes away and work during the day. I called yesterday and received no answer again from the service department and I left a message and still haven’t received a return call. More

Excellent Experience for Out of Town Buyer We were in the Knoxville area and stopped in to see the model in person since availability was limited in our home area. Quick and painless I have bought quite a few cars the last 15 years. This purchase experience was the best by far.
