Extremely Helpful! I stopped in to find out which tool was needed for my wheel locks. Great experience . I had an oil change, tire rotation, and two different recall items changed out. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. I have had my Kia Sorento 2016 f . I have had my Kia Sorento 2016 for 3 1/2 years and could not be more happy with the service department. Also, waiting lounge offers free WiFi, free snacks, and drinks! I just recently had a baby he is 3 and 1/2 months also have a 6 year old. Have not had time to vacuum out my car.... they generously offered to do that for me! What a help they were to this tired momma! More
