Chris assisted us when we arrived, he was very polite and informative, and Jenna closed everything out for us, she was also extemely polite and very helpul! Literally every staff member in the service department checked on us to make sure we were being assisted. Went to another dealership first, and they did nothing. The sales guy was new and nice, but didn't even bring up talking numbers. I left and went to Alcoa and Garry made the process easy, and I got the car I wanted and enjoyed chatting with Garry. The finance mgr was fast, efficient, and very pleasant as well. Years ago, I leased my soul in Alcoa and this is my fourth in a row. Great car, great customer skills made this an easy decision. More

Very friendly check in, good waiting room. I work second shift and live about 50 miles away, they had a tech working on Saturday to fix my door lock problems. Great 1st experience!!! Jenna was awesome!! My appointment time had a double booking and I was crunched for time as I was preparing to take my daughter to Vanderbilt for open Jenna was awesome!!
