12/10 would buy from them again I was buying a car under unusual circumstances where I was still living in Knoxville but working remotely out of state and having to go up and be on s I was buying a car under unusual circumstances where I was still living in Knoxville but working remotely out of state and having to go up and be on site every now and then. I saw the car when I was on site and talked with Greg numerous times before being able to be back in town to actually see the car with my own eyes. Greg went above and beyond answering every random question I had and giving me honest descriptions and pictures of the car. I actually felt so confident in what he was presenting me with I put a deposit on it sight unseen. When I got back to town and came to see the car I couldn't have been more impressed with it and finished signing the paperwork. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable in my decision to purchase from Rusty Wallace Kia. There was even a small maintenance need with the car that they handled so quickly and smoothly it was a complete nonissue. I have zero complaints with the entire experience. Thanks to Greg and his coworkers for making this a great first car buying experience for me! More

Terrible experience I came in because my trunk latch broke while shopping in Knoxville. Stopped by and asked if they could look at it and their response was it will take I came in because my trunk latch broke while shopping in Knoxville. Stopped by and asked if they could look at it and their response was it will take about 45 minutes so I asked if I could just leave it because I had another appointment and couldn’t wait. They said we don’t have any loaner vehicles. So I would just have to bring it back. I stated I didn’t want to drive around all weekend with my trunk tied down with a string. Not only that bad storms were coming and I didn’t want it to get wet. They also said if I would have made an appointment they could give me a loaner. I stated I didn’t expect my trunk latch to break or I would have made an appointment. I stated I wanted to see the manager and they sent out a guy and after talking with him he said there is not really anything he could do and then I got upset and stated well I’ve bought 3 cars here and wouldn’t buy any more. He said no need to get upset he is only a salesman and I said well why did you come out I wanted to see the manager. I just sated fine I’m leaving and will never be back and he asked me to hold on a minute. He finally came back and said we have a loaner now.... really so I had to get upset and threaten never to come back before I could get help. Not the first time I had problems with service center or this vehicle at your dealership. Very disappointed customer!!. More

Buff/wax When we purchased our Sedona there were a few scratches and dents. Basic service, not exceptional. Made 10:30 appt. online, arrived at 10:20, left at 11:45. Oil change, cabin & air filters changed, tires rotated, 5 pt inspection. Car was finished & parked outside of waiting area awhile. Waited to be notified paperwork was ready. Never happened. Finally went to pay stood waiting 10-15 mins. while both men were on phones. Still waiting when another car pulled in & the man was helped immediately. Car wasn't washed or vacuumed.(not sure if that's still offered here) Nothing really bad, just received better customer service at Evans Kia in Ga while husband worked in the area the last yr & half.
