Oil change and make sure car can drive out of state. I always have a great experience with Kia. The guy that checked me in and out was super nice and funny. Ended up needing a few things changed and the guy who checked me out also said I needed to have my 60,000 mile check next time and told me.a rough estimate of how much it would cost. I really appreciated that so I know to budget it next time. I was also told not to use my back windshield til I get the wipers replaced. I've never used the back windshield so that's ok. Thank yall for always being nice and helpful. More

1.5 hours for a 20 minute oil change! Possibly the slowest service center in town. 1.5 hours for oil change and tire rotation! Unbelievable?
