They informed me they were short 2 mechanics that day, but they would take care of me as quick as they could. They provided free drinks and snacks in the waiting area, which is nice to have while waiting. They take care of their customers! More

Fix a problem created by another dealer Jenna took care of me and my car. The dealer in Indianapolis replaced my USB .org and took care of 2 recalls. It seems they neglected to properly replace the cover to the side of the engine and the malfunctioning seal was leaking oil. I was renting a cabin an hour away in Gatlinburg- notclise. Jenna arranged a loaner for the week, until I could come back on my way home. I was very impressed with Jenna- she was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, a great combination of traits! I appreciate the help I received after dropping in without any appointment. I highly recommend Rusty Wallace Kia! More
Honor appointments I had a scheduled 4:30 appointment and drove into service area on time. There was one car ahead of me in line but it was unoccupied. Waited 10 minutes I had a scheduled 4:30 appointment and drove into service area on time. There was one car ahead of me in line but it was unoccupied. Waited 10 minutes there without anyone coming to me or greeting me. Cars now lined up behind me, people getting out walking up to service desk. Now the only person out front helping people who had arrived after me. So I got out of my car, walked to the line waiting to talk to the service desk person. About now a second person came to help. I told him a had a scheduled appointment. I showed him the coupon for my service (sent to my email from this dealership). He responded, “Are you sure that’s from our dealership?” “Our coupons are usually $39.95?!” Mine was $34.99. Had to show him the email to prove it was from Rusty Wallace Kia Alcoa. Keep in mind, my Kia is a 2011 and except for 1 or 2 oil changes at other places, due to time constraints, ALL my service has been at THIS dealership. Then he tells me “it’s a hour to hour and a half wait”. I realize you take walk-ins too but should honor scheduled appointments. I felt like it didn’t matter that I had one. Then at checkout my coupon had not been applied and I had to show that person as well. Certainly was not treated like a valued client. More
