Extremely helpful and completed as promised Went in to see whether or not my KIA had factory installed tow package. Checked for free and advised how we could make it as if factory installed. Ordered supplies and set up installation as predicted. They even topped off my fluids. The free loaner car was appreciated so I could return to my disabled husband instead of waiting for the 3 hour work completion. Estimated 3 hours for the job and received the call at 3 hours almost to the minute. More

All service needs were addressed.
