Best Dealership Ever I purchased my first Kia (Sorento SXL) in June 2017 and had the pleasure of working with Aubrey (sales) and Brandon (manager). First off, I usually d I purchased my first Kia (Sorento SXL) in June 2017 and had the pleasure of working with Aubrey (sales) and Brandon (manager). First off, I usually despise going to a dealership to shop due to the "used car salesmen" I have encountered in the past, but having Aubrey greet us and give us time to browse was a nice surprise. Once we were ready to test drive he was right there. He is not only genuinely nice and eager to help, he is the most knowledgeable sales person I have ever met. We decided to buy and therefore got to work with Aubrey's brother Brandon. Brandon was as wonderful as Aubrey and gave us the best deal without having to haggle for hours. He followed through on all promises given. This being said, we are back purchasing the new Telluride SX Prestige. We of course requested Aubrey and luckily got to deal with Brandon again as well. It is such a great feeling to arrive at a dealership and feel like you are there meeting friends rather than being anxious and dreadful. We are Kia believers because of the great vehicles they are now producing, but even more so because of awesome employees like Aubrey and Brandon Chaffins and Scott in Finance. More

Not Sure I Can Trust Them (1) Getting a Service Writer to return a call has never happened in nearly 3 years. (2) My 2017 Optima has approximately 12,700 miles on it and has (1) Getting a Service Writer to return a call has never happened in nearly 3 years. (2) My 2017 Optima has approximately 12,700 miles on it and has spent most of its life locked in a garage. It is significantly ahead of the Kia Maintenance Schedule so I appreciate being told that my air and cabin filters need to be changed and also I need to have a very, very expensive fuel additive. Eliminating these items reduced the bill in half. (3) The industry “preferred “ tire rotation method is to “X” the wheels. When I asked the Service Writer about this he told me that your practice is to rotate the wheels front to back and back to front. I had marked the wheels on one side, which is how I knew that the industry preferred method was not used. (4). My last surprise was with my tire pressure. After rolling less than 100 yards in the Rusty Wallace parking lot / Service Dept entrance my tire pressure display on the dash came up and indicated that all four tires were well over the pressure marked on the service check list. I did stop and manually checked the tires with a new digital gage and an old fashioned pneumatic gage. All three checks were consistent showing 1 tire @ 36 psi, 1 @ 37 psi and 2 @ 38 psi. More

I needed new wipers, those were installed quickly, I had a battery issue, and that was checked quickly and found to be fine. The wait time was just right and the waiting facility was clean, smelled fresh and had an ample supply of refreshments, and food available. I work in a fast paced business, so time is definitely important to me, and so each time I convey that to the person, in this case Chris Palumbo, I am understood completely, and my service visit is adhered to without any hiccups. I am exceptionally close to paying off my car, and have already decided to "stick with this brand, and definitely with this Dealer!" Excellent work Rusty Wallace! More
