Not the same I've bought 4 cars from this dealership and have always loved the service department but this time I was disappointed and shocked. I made my appointme I've bought 4 cars from this dealership and have always loved the service department but this time I was disappointed and shocked. I made my appointment online only to find out three days later when I got a recall phone call that my appointment wasn't in system. I had an email and text message but that didn't matter as it wasn't in the system. I get to dealership and pulled in only to wait outside my vehicle 10 while technicians looked at me and yes I was in the bay. Then they as what brings you in. I said I listed issues and they said they didn't see it. Wait was fairly short which I was fine with. Then waited 20 minutes while my keys laid on counter to check out. Technicians were not as friendly as they have been. I even ask about latch on door of my van that my wife wouldn't drive because she had to slam. I ask was it possible to get something put on that my wife could close easier. This is a new van. He said you could but I'd have to fork over 2,000 plus and wouldn't be worth it. I'd be better off trading to get power lift gate. Just blown away because I've left great reviews and bragged and bragged but felt as though I was a bother. And let me just say they have no room in lot. I had to ask to have a car they parked moved so I could get out. More

fast and good service I did online time request sunday and then called monday morning to confirm. the time was not confirmed and they said if you don't get a text or email I did online time request sunday and then called monday morning to confirm. the time was not confirmed and they said if you don't get a text or email then it did not go through cause someone else had that slot, but she was able to schedule me for another time thirty minutes later. that was fine with me. i just needed to get it done sometime that monday since i was going to a funeral the next day. they changed the oil and did the inspections and washed it. it was ready in about an hour and i had no problems on my road trip the next day. the temp in the waiting room was perfect. there were free drinks and snacks and tv. always go here where we bought the car to get maintenance. very pleased. More
