Shocked, and I wasn't even the customer. I went with a friend to Rusty Wallace Kia in Alcoa. I was beyond impressed with the service she received. Greg Taylor went above and beyond to show he I went with a friend to Rusty Wallace Kia in Alcoa. I was beyond impressed with the service she received. Greg Taylor went above and beyond to show her as many cars as he needed to. So that she would make the best possible decision that would put her in a car perfect for her. She test drove 3 different cars and looked at a total.of 5 different ones. He never once seemed aggaravated to have to spend his entire morning helping her. He ask her what she would be using the car for, what features were important to her. And the most impressive, she gave him a budget of where she wanted her payment to be. And he did not try one time to show her a car that was above the budget she wanted to stay in. After what neared 5 hours of her test driving, asking questions, and finally making a decision she bought a car that she absolutely loves. I was absolutely blown away at the care and attention that Greg and the other staff at Rusty Wallace offered to my friend. I will definitely keep them in mind if I ever decide to purchase a newer car. More
