I needed a good pre-owned SUV and had a set budget. I have worked with Kevin before many times and was interested in Kia's offerings. He was honest, candid with me, and we were able to strike up a good deal on a great pre-owned Kia Sportage that I now happily call "mine" (but I have to share it with my wife too). I am writing to update a complaint I originally placed regarding Rusty Wallace Kia in May. My car was heavily damaged at the dealership in the April 27 hailstorm that hit the area while my car was being s regarding Rusty Wallace Kia in May. My car was heavily damaged at the dealership in the April 27 hailstorm that hit the area while my car was being serviced. Insurance covered all damages with the exception of my deductible. Approximately one month after I placed the original complaint on this site, Travis Wolford called from Kia to inform me that the dealership had decided to cover the deductible on my Rio. I have always been highly satisfied with the service department at Rusty Wallace Kia, and with the satisfactory resolution of this problem, I am happy to refer anyone to this dealership who is either looking for a good vehicle or quality service work. Thank you to Travis Wolford and the dealership for their prompt attention to this issue, and willingness to guide me to a successful resolution! More
