Brought my wife’s 2012 Soul in to have an updated program download to her UVO radio system. They called and said that KIA website was down and they could not get the download. On my repair order it said they download to her UVO radio system. They called and said that KIA website was down and they could not get the download. They have the nicest & most helpful service department I’ve ever been to. I took my wife’s Kia to another local dealer once for warranty work then they tried to sell me all kinds of stuff her Sorrento did I’ve ever been to.
